EditQuerying Transaction History
This is where you can query your existing transaction history. What this means is that all successful and failed sales,settles, voids and credits that have occurred on your account can be seen in this interface. You simply select a search criteria and begin.
EditPerforming Voids and Credits
This is where you can query your existing transaction history and then perform either credits or voids on those transactions that have come through successful. What this means is that all settled transactions can be credited back any portion of the amount charged including partial refunds and non-settled transaction you are allowed to void.
EditDirect Card Authorizations
This is where you can process direct card transactions. What this means is that if someone emails you, or calls you and gives you their credit card information you will want to go here and fill in this form to charge them for whatever you agreed to charge them.
EditAVS and CVV2 Filtering
This is where you can change your filtering options for the transactions that your process. You can choose to reject transactions that are processed through the system based on various responses that come back from the bank processor. You can also choose to reject transactions based on the response that comes from the bank based on the CVV2 number the customer provided with their credit card.
EditBatch Upload
- Upload Batch File for Processing: This is where you can upload a flat text file containing your transaction information that is processed at 6PM EST everyday. A downloadable result file will be made available once the batch is run, and will only remain on the system for 30 days. The interface communicates directly to the credit card processing networks via 128 bit SSL https post.
- Download Processed Batch Upload: This is where you can download the result file after a batch has run. The file will only remain on the system for 30 days.

EditRecurring Billing
- Recurring Transactions: This is where you can query your existing recurring transaction and modify them. The following modifications can be performed: change the recurring amount and change the recurring type.
- View Recurring Charges: This is where you can query your existing recurring transactions and then view all the times they were charged again in the recurring cycle.
