DNS

Domain Name Server (or system) – An Internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses

Edit

What are the addresses of your primary and secondary servers?

If you are attaching your domain name to your Internet Store, the name servers need to be pointed to NS1.CONCENTRIC.COM and NS2.CONCENTRIC.COM

(If you purchased your domain name from Merchant Services when you signed up, the name servers are already pointed to the above name servers.)

If you are attaching your domain name to your FTP site, the name servers need to be pointed to NS1.CONCENTRIC.COM and NS2.CONCENTRIC.COM

Edit

How do I change the name servers?

You need to contact your Registrar (the company that you bought your domain name from) and give them the appropriate name servers listed above. Most Registrars allow you to edit the name servers online.

If you purchased your domain name from Merchant Services AND if you are attaching your domain name to your FTP site, please send an email to support@goemerchant.com and ask for the name servers to be changed to NS1.CONCENTRIC.COM and NS2.CONCENTRIC.COM
