Uploading with FrontPage 2002
| You will not be able to use FrontPage to publish your site until your domain name has propagated. |
| To fully utilize FrontPage, install the FrontPage Extensions ValueApp before publishing your website:
In your VDS manager, click on Value Apps. Click the "Web Development" tab. Under "Available Value Apps", click "Front Page Extensions 2002". Agree to the license. Type a username into the space provided. Type a password into the space provided. Enter your password again in the space provided. Click "Finish". |
FrontPage 2002
Go to the File pull-down menu and select Publish Web.
In the "Enter publish destination" field, enter your domain name.
Example: http://www.goemerchant.com
Click OK.
On the new screen, enter the following information:
User name - Enter the username for your FrontPage extensions.
Password - Enter the password for your FrontPage extensions.
Remember my password checkbox - Check.
Click the OK button.
If the publish window is not expanded, like the image below, click the Show >> button.
To upload a file, drag it from your local directory on the left to your Web directory on the right.
