Netscape for Windows
Go to the Edit pull-down menu and select Preferences. Click on the plus sign (+) next to Mail & Newsgroups and select Identity. Enter the following information.
Your name - Enter the name that people will see when they receive email from you.
Email address - Enter the email address of an account which you have already created through your VDS Manager.

Click on Mail Servers in the menu on the left.
Enter the following information.
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server - Enter your ISP's outgoing mail (SMTP) server.
| In the Use Secure Layer... section, make sure the "Never" option is selected. |

In the Incoming Mail Servers section, click Add.
In the popup window, enter the following information.
Server Name - Enter your incoming mail server: mail.yoursitedomain.com.
Server Type - Select POP3 Server.
User Name - Enter the username you entered when you created the email account in your VDS Manager.

Enter "username%yoursitedomain.com" as your username. |
Click OK to close the Mail Servers Properties box.
Click OK to close the Preferences box.
