Internet Store/Email Setup:
If you are using the Internet Store as your primary website you must follow the instructions for updating your MX Record first.
Changing MX Record
Setting Up Email Accounts:
Log into the VDS Manager using the link you received in the original Web Hosting setup email.
Click the Email FTP tab
Click New Email/FTP button.
In the Pop-Up window enter the following information
Username - Enter a username for the account. This will become the first part of the email address. For example, if your username is jim, your email address will be jim@yoursitedomain.com.
Account Description - Enter the name that people will see by default when they receive an email from the account.
New Password - Enter a password for the account.
Retype Password - Retype the password exactly.
It should look similar to this:
Once you have the form filled out click Finish until it says Complete.
Retrieving Email:
It is possible to setup your newly created email accounts in an email program such as Outlook or Eudora. Please click the appropriate link below for the proper instructions:
