Inventory Control

Inventory Management allows merchants to control the available quantity of your items for purchase through your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™. Customers may place items in their shopping cart based on the quantity available.  When the purchase is completed, the quantity purchased is subtracted from inventory.

With Inventory Management, you can:	With Inventory Management, you can not:
Manage the inventory levels of your Internet Store and Buy-Me Button™ items.	Manage inventory levels of items that are not purchased through your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™.
Download your complete Internet Store and Buy-Me Button™ inventory catalog.	Delete existing items from your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™ product catalog.
Download your complete Internet Store and Buy-Me Button™ product catalog.	To delete existing items, go to your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™ setup and select "Edit existing items".
Choose to allow Backorders for items that are out-of-stock (with an available quantity of zero).	Add new items to your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™ product catalog.
Create custom Out-of-Stock/Backorder messages that will display when items have an available quantity of zero.	To add new items, go to your Internet Store or Buy-Me Button™ setup and select "Add new items".
